Broken Rice
Broken Jasmine Rice and Broken White Rice are by-products from a rice milling process. Broken rice is raw material for rice flour, which is the main ingredient to make noodle, rice vermicelli and rice porridge.
Grain Composition:
Brokens having the length not reaching 5.0 parts and not passing through sieve No. 7 not exceeding 28%, the rest will be Brokens rice of the length from 5.0 parts upwards.
Of this, there may be Long Grains and C-1 unbroken rice not exceeding 2%.

Ordinary milled
